Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $700
deposit, which is due 7 days after reservations have been
placed. Payment may be with cashiers check, credit card
or personal check. Final payment of the entire balance must
be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. If

full payment is due at the time of reservation.
Cancellation
policy
Please make sure you understand our cancellation policy
before you make your reservations. If your cancellation
is received prior to the balance due date, there is a nonrefundable
fee of $50 per person. After the balance due date, there
will be no refunds or credits given for cancellations.
The
Ocoee Adventure Center reserves the right to cancel any
trip due to insufficient sign-up for a particular week,
weather, water flow, or for safety reasons. In the event
of cancellation by OAC, a full refund of payments on land
costs will be given. OAC is not responsible for additional
expenses incurred by trip members such as airline tickets
or personal equipment.
Safety
and liability
OAC’s experienced, well- trained guides make every
effort to provide you with a trouble-free travel experience.
Each trip begins with safety instruction. However, the sport
of whitewater rafting includes inherent risks that must
be assumed by the participant. Accidents and injury can
occur, and baggage can be lost or damaged. We do not assume
liability for personal injury or death to trip members,
or for loss of time or expenses incurred. All participants
are required to sign a waiver and release form prior to
your trip. Please give us a call if you have questions or
would like a copy of this form.
Insurance
Ocoee Adventure Center strongly recommends that participants
purchase travel insurance to cover accident/life, injury,
baggage loss, and trip cancellations. If you do not choose
to purchase travel insurance, then you must sign an insurance
waiver at the time of reservation.
